Worth a conversation
Maybe.

We’d want to hear more about your motion before committing. Some engagements in this profile work; some don’t.

We’ll tell you on the call whether it’s a fit, and end early if it isn’t.

Probably not a fit
Probably not.

At under $20k ACV, cold outbound in most B2B motions usually doesn’t pay back. Our engagements start at a scope where the math makes sense for both sides.

Honest recommendation: look at PLG motion, inbound, or partnerships first. If you’re moving upmarket later, come back. If you’d still like a direct take, book a short intro—we’ll be straight about fit.

$42M of pipeline in 3 quarters.

$3.5M MRR added· 117 opps in one month· Out-produced a 17-person SDR team
Situation

Route was struggling to build outbound pipeline into e-commerce merchants. Their 17-person SDR team wasn’t producing enough opportunities.

What we did

We monitored Route’s TAM for companies whose customers were publicly complaining about lost, damaged, and stolen packages. We analyzed each target account’s shipping policy for weaknesses. We built a bot that visited each account’s website, added a product to the cart, and took a checkout screenshot. All of those data points fed into a set of winning plays.

Result

117 opportunities created in a single month — more than Route’s 17-person SDR team produced in the same window. $3.5M in MRR ($42M in ARR) of pipeline generated over three quarters.

Meetings at 6.5% of all US restaurants in one quarter.

Two new verticals from zero· $200B+ grocery decision-makers
Situation

Upside was building pipeline in two new verticals (Restaurants and Grocery) where they had no existing motion.

What we did

We built a bot that scans every local newspaper in the country for new restaurant location openings, then emails the franchise owner or most relevant marketing contact the moment a new location is announced.

Result

In one quarter, booked meetings with leaders representing 6.5% of all US restaurant locations, and with grocery decision-makers whose companies collectively do $200B+ in annual revenue.

90 SALs in 2 months against a market everyone said was locked up.

70 experimental campaigns· 11 weeks of testing· 5 scaled plays
Situation

Gainsight was selling into a small, crowded market. The SDR team was hitting a wall — every high-value account seemed to be locked into long-term contracts with Gainsight or a competitor.

What we did

70 unique experimental campaigns over 11 weeks. Five of them produced. We scaled those.

One winning play identified exactly who each prospect reports to and wove that org context into the outreach. The emails were so sharp a prospect, Kai Nielsen, posted one publicly on LinkedIn calling it “a masterclass in B2B cold outreach.”

Result

90+ SALs over two months, after the experimentation period.

Why it works

Why our campaigns book meetings where others don’t.

Most cold email agencies run the same templated campaigns for all their clients. Their emails look the same as everyone else’s. Buyers auto-filter these out when they see them in their inboxes. And these emails are more likely to get flagged as spam.

We build custom software for every engagement. That’s the reason our campaigns land in primary inboxes when commodity agency work lands in spam. That’s the reason Route’s $42M of pipeline came from a checkout-screenshot bot we built — not from a sequence template every other agency is also running.

Route

For Route, we built a bot that visited every target account’s site, added a product to the cart, and took a checkout screenshot. Those checkout screenshots became the anchor for one of the winning plays.

Upside

For Upside, we built a bot that reads every local newspaper in the country daily, spots new restaurant openings, and emails the franchise owner or marketing lead before any competitor even knows the location exists.

Gainsight

For Gainsight, we ran 70 experimental campaigns in 11 weeks to find the 5 that worked — including one that mapped each prospect’s reporting structure and used it in the outreach. One recipient posted the email on LinkedIn as a “masterclass in B2B cold outreach.”

FAQ

Questions we get before the first call.

We’ve been burned by an agency before. What’s different here?
Look at the case studies. $42M of pipeline for Route. Meetings at 6.5% of US restaurants for Upside. 90 SALs in two months for Gainsight. Most agencies can’t produce results like these because they’re running the same commodity plays as everyone else. We build custom campaigns for every engagement, which is why our meetings happen where theirs don’t.
What industries do you work in?
B2B with meaningful ACV. Mostly SaaS, infrastructure, data, fintech, and professional services. We don’t take on B2C or low-ACV SMB — the economics don’t work for either side.
How soon will we see meetings?
It takes 3–4 weeks to set up and warm our email infrastructure. The first week of sending, we typically start setting meetings.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Anyone promising guaranteed meetings in cold email is lying. What we offer is a track record. If we don’t think we can produce meetings for your ICP, we’ll tell you on the call.
What does it cost?
Depends on ICP scope and campaign complexity. We put a full proposal together after the first call.

Let’s fill your calendar.

30 minutes. We’ll tell you whether cold email can produce meetings for your ICP. If we don’t think we can hit your numbers, we’ll tell you that too — and we’ll point you toward what would work instead.
